Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. However, with that being said, we hold your security and privacy as one of our top priorities when performing the work for our business. Here are some ways we take measures to safeguard your data:

  • Whenever possible, we use the latest encryption protocols. This is to ensure that your communication between the website and server is protected by encrypting it. This prevents hackers from reading or interfering with the information passed from one to the other. The Wix.com platform allows Irma's Insights to have access to the latest secure and up to date encryption protocols available and is already built-in within our website.

  • We follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling credit card data.

  • We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of customer personal information. Our security procedures mean that we may ask to verify your identity before we disclose personal information to you.

  • The final measure to safeguard your data relies on you. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computers, devices, and applications. We recommend using a unique password for Irma's Insights account that is not used for other online accounts. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer. Changing your site password regularly can protect your website against credential attacks. Opt for strong, complex passwords—making sure to use a mix of numbers, letters and characters (pro tip: the longer, the safer.) Other important credential practices include: never share your password or save it on your browser. Always avoid using the same one across different sites. Make sure everyone who has access to your site knows how to keep their login credentials safe and use Multi-factor authentication (MFA) to enhance the security of your data.
