Protecting your private information is our top priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.irmasinsights.com, and Irma's Insights and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Irma's Insights include www.irmasinsights.com. Irma's Insights website is an eCommerce site. By using Irma's Insights website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. In order to facilitate processing any financial transaction and better provide you with products and services offered.  
If you purchase Irma's Insights' products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction and will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. Irma's Insights may also collect, only with your knowledge and consent, anonymous demographic information, which may or may not be unique to you, such as your:

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. Irma's Insights is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you, the end user. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by Irma's Insights adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

  
Sharing Information with Third Parties 
 
Irma's Insights does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Irma's Insights may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is transferred to the third party upon your consent to that particular offering. Irma's Insights may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Irma's Insights website, in order to determine what Irma's Insights services are the most popular. Automatically Collected Information Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Irma's Insights.
